In 2000, Haverkamp Group began managing properties in Ames, IA, and has since grown to own and manage over 4,500 units across Ames, the greater Des Moines area, and Eastern Iowa.
Building over 2,000 apartment units in Central Iowa – Haverkamp Group started in student housing properties and has since expanded into the conventional market-rate and age-restricted (55+) active living product types. While multi-family construction continues to be the focus of Haverkamp Group, our portfolio includes commercial and residential projects such as retail multi-tenant buildings, vehicle repair shops, and convenience stores.
In 2019, Haverkamp Group partnered with Practic Design to offer a complete design and build construction service.
