Brent Haverkamp

Brent Haverkamp has been investing in real estate for more than 25 years. His teams have successfully designed, constructed, and stabilized over 2,000 units and multiple projects using a vertical integration strategy. From student housing to conventional apartments to 55+ active living communities, Brent has a proven track record and has navigated various market cycles. 

In the past, Brent has primarily utilized a "friends and family" network of direct investors. He is now seeking to expand the network and invites you to invest in current projects through the Haverkamp Real Estate Development Fund.
