Heather Solberg

Heather Solberg is Executive Coordinator at Haverkamp Group, where she has orchestrated complex transactions and corporate operations across the firm’s investment portfolio for more than 10 years, applying strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

She coordinates sophisticated projects end-to-end that include agency lenders, diverse ownership structures, 1031 exchanges, and specialty investments.  She has managed over $300M in multifamily, commercial, and agricultural transactions and over $500M in financing activity.

Solberg is also responsible for corporate governance and compliance across a portfolio of more than 80 entities, including tax and regulatory filings, trademark and trade name administration, and maintenance of the portfolio’s books and records.
