Originally from Iowa and a graduate of Iowa State University, Jake spent the first seven years of his career managing and executing real estate investment and development projects in the Washington, D.C. area. He now leads Haverkamp Group’s acquisition and development strategy, focusing on high-value transactions that fuel growth.
