Luke Haverkamp

After graduating from the University of Iowa in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Luke spent several years starting up an accounting firm in Iowa City and planting churches in China and Thailand. In 2022, Luke joined Haverkamp Group, beginning as a business analyst and later as a property manager with Haverkamp Properties until August of 2025. He joins our other asset manager Josiah O’Polka in handling financial and accounting tasks for our owners and their investments with Haverkamp Group.
