Tanya Betts

Tanya Betts is the Chief Financial Officer of Haverkamp Group, where she oversees financial strategy, capital management, accounting, tax planning, and corporate operations for a multifamily real estate investment firm.

She specializes in financial leadership, reporting, and operational efficiency, helping drive performance and support long-term growth.

Since joining the firm in 2021 as Corporate Controller, Betts has enhanced financial systems and reporting processes. Previously, she spent 24 years with American Athletic and Spalding, where she served as Controller.
