Tanya Betts

In her new role as CFO, Tanya will broaden her focus to include strategic financial planning, tax strategies and capital management. She will also continue to oversee the accounting and human resource functions of the company.

Since joining Haverkamp Group in 2021, Tanya has played a pivotal role as Corporate Controller managing financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic decisions that support the company’s growth. Her expertise has been instrumental in keeping operations efficient and aligned with Haverkamp Group’s long-term vision for success. 

Before joining Haverkamp Group, Tanya spent 24 years at American Athletic and Spalding, most recently serving as controller. There, she ensured compliance, contributed to strategic planning, and honed her skills in financial leadership and operational excellence.
