PRAIRIE POINTE STUDENT LIVING & CAMPUS VIEW APARTMENTS
Launched in June 2025, this acquisition fund was for the recapitalization of Prairie Pointe Student Living (158 units - 592 beds) and the acquisition of Campus View Apartments (72 units - 182 beds). These student housing properties are located within close proximity to one another and directly adjacent to Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) in Ankeny, Iowa.

THE EMORY NORTH LIBERTY
The Emory North Liberty will be a 352-unit, multifamily housing community modeled after our proven Emory brand concept in Altoona, Iowa. Construction started in early 2023, with Phase 1 completed in Q4 2024.

Launched in November 2023, this fund raised $10 million in equity and was fully subscribed within 45 days. Equity raised from the fund assisted in the acquisition of a 97-unit property west of Iowa State University campus. In November 2024, the remaining equity was used to acquire a 800-unit portfolio across five properties in the Cedar Rapids/Kirkwood Community College area.

ATTIVO TRAIL ANKENY
Attivo Trail Ankeny is our second entry into the age-restricted 55+ active living market. Attivo Trail offers high-end, luxury amenities as part of an exclusively for-rent development. Phase 1 (137 units) delivered in October 2023, and Phase 2 (88 units) was recently delivered in December 2025.
