Built in 1989 and 2010 and acquired by HG in 2025. It is a student property on the DMACC Ankeny campus. Campus View is a 72-unit apartment community with one, two, three, and four bedroom units, all fully furnished. Property amenities include a fitness center, community room, game room with pool table, outdoor patio and courtyard with grills, laundry, and study rooms.

Originally built by Haverkamp Group in 2016 in multiple phases. PPSL consists of 158 units among 10 buildings. The majority of the units are rented by the bedroom catering to the DMACC student community.
