J Turner Research and Multifamily Executive recently released the 2025 State ORA® (Online Reputation Assessment) Power Rankings that celebrate the multifamily industry’s best in online reputation. The Emory North Liberty was recognized as the top property in Iowa, achieving an ORA score of 96.
The ORA score compiles a multitude of factors from the major review sites to provide a score from 1–100. This offers owners, investors, and management teams insights into the performance of their portfolios and the performance of their competitors.

A Successful Proven Process at The Landing of Clinton
Not only did The Emory North Liberty rank #1, but The Landing of Clinton cracked the top ten with an ORA score of 93.
When acquired in 2020, The Landing of Clinton was mismanaged with a less than desirable reputation. Our teams used the Haverkamp proven process to turn it around. In the five years that we held the property, Haverkamp Properties increased occupancy rates, streamlined operating costs, and invested heavily in improving its reputation.
As a result, for three straight years the River City Choice Awards ranked The Landing as the #1 apartment community. In addition, The Landing earned a #6 spot on the Iowa ORA® Power Rankings for 2025.
When we listed The Landing of Clinton this past summer, our owners received a net IRR of 45% and a 3.97x equity multiple (as of 8/28/25). That success was only possible because every team within Haverkamp Group fully invested in the process.
