The Emory North Liberty

The Emory North Liberty is designed as a 352-unit, multi-family housing community to be constructed beginning in 2023. This project is modeled after our proven Emory brand concept in Altoona, Iowa. 

Located in the technology corridor of Iowa, this community will cater to young professionals and families. The Emory North Liberty will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and luxury amenities such as a clubhouse with a golf simulator, dog wash, coffee bar, outdoor patio, walking paths, and more. The proposed community also has an option to include as many as 50 single-family rental homes on the site.
