Campus View Apartments

Campus View Apartments is a 72-unit, fully furnished student housing community located on the Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) Ankeny campus. Built in 1989 and 2010, the property offers elevator service and modern amenities designed for student living.

Residents enjoy access to newly renovated cardio and weight rooms, community room, study areas, outdoor courtyard with grills, community laundry, and surface parking. Each unit includes granite countertops and black appliance packages with a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave.
 

Situated directly on the DMACC Ankeny campus—the largest community college in Iowa with more than 15,000 students—Campus View is the only DMACC-affiliated student housing property. The community is adjacent to The District at Prairie Trail, a 1,031-acre mixed-use area featuring retail, dining, and entertainment options.
