Haverkamp Properties across the state are staying quite busy during the last few weeks of 2023. Here is a recap of all the major milestones and celebrations.

 

Haverkamp Properties was recognized by the Des Moines Register as a top workplace in 2023. This title is given to the top 3% of all companies across Iowa. It is a fantastic achievement and a reminder that our residents love where they live, and our employees love where they work.

Attivo Trail Ankeny officially opened their doors to residents during the last week of October. To celebrate, the Attivo team assembled an open house aptly named “Happily Ever Attivo!” – around 200 people attended.

Attivo Trail Waukee is now 100% leased – an accomplishment made possible by dedication from the Attivo Trail team.

Providence Pointe West has maintained a steady occupancy rate of around 96%. Traffic and movement peaked a bit later this year than expected; however, staff at Providence Pointe have been great at filling units in a timely manner.

In August, The Landing in Clinton, IA, was awarded the #1 Apartment Community from the River Cities Choice Award! Residents are also enjoying the new on-site fitness room, just in time for the colder months ahead.

Prairie Pointe Student Living occupancy is 96%, and 8% of units are pre-leased for next year. December is typically a strong month, and we will see a lot of renewals before the end of 2023.

Woodland Reserve has seen an average occupancy rate of 96% during 2023, with 360 out of 387 units occupied. Residents also love the new Kaba locks the team installed over the summer.

 

Ironwood in Altoona is 98% occupied and 95% leased, with an ORA® (Online Reputation Assessment) score of 95 out of 100. Making it a top 5% property in their respective category.

The Emory Altoona has nine move-ins scheduled for December and January, with an occupancy rate of 94.7%. Updates on the property include EV garages for residents and two additional charging stations for resident or non-resident use.

The Cedar Rapids Apartment teams are gearing up for the lease renewal season that started this fall.

The Core Apartments are 100% leased during the 23-24 school year and are starting to accept leases for the 24-25 school year.

Lastly, progress has been made on the Haverkamp RE Development Fund’s current project, The Emory – North Liberty. The crew was able to set up electrical and other major utilities, making it easier to continue work during the winter months. Look for roofing projects to be completed and strides in the clubhouse’s construction.
