SHARI Award - September 2024

Each quarter, our employees gather to share company updates, important news, and to celebrate employees who go above and beyond in living out our core values of Stewardship, Hard Work, Accountability, Results-Driven, and Integrity. Or SHARI for short.
The Q3 SHARI award was given to Haverkamp Constructions' Eric Siedenburg. Eric has been with Haverkamp Construction since 2021. Starting as a project engineer and moving up into the role of site superintendent. Zack Ludwig, COO of Haverkamp Construction had this to say about Eric showcasing the core values of Hard Work and Results-Driven.
"Recently Eric invested a significant amount of time and hours helping his fellow teammates in North Liberty to get the Emory buildings completed to a level of excellence to this project and every other project Eric's been assigned to."
