On May 15, Haverkamp Group celebrated one year of The Emory in North Liberty, our first large-scale development project in the Iowa City area. A big thank you goes out to Haverkamp Construction and Haverkamp Properties for their work bringing this project to life. We’re now nearly fully leased, and it’s great to see residents creating a community here. |

We want to take a moment to appreciate the City of North Liberty and Greater Iowa City, Inc. for welcoming us to the North Liberty community. We'd also like to extend that appreciation to the many subcontractors who brought the property up to completion, as well as our investors who believed in the project from the start and invested alongside Brent and Haverkamp Group.
